      Pros

      I cannot think of anything positive.

      Cons

      This is not a place you want to work. It is very dysfunctional and the PE owner runs it with an incompetent iron fist. There is a great deal of in-fighting by leadership, and they have no real power to run the business. They also do not have a relevant or visible DEI focus, which is a major gap. Horrible culture.

      Pros

      Cross-level relationships within the business are what other companies strive to achieve. Sure there's rough edges but the willingness to be productive and hold each other mutually accountable is top notch stuff.

      Cons

      Continuous growing pains, like with any company trying to keep their leading edge, but it's well tempered by a solid leadership.
