Every employee is eligible for bonus

Equity owner and management goals does not align. Too many incompetent upper management and company is pretty much ran by consultants and equity owner. Constant changes... changes before original change has been fully executed. Promotion and raises are not about performance but who you get along with. Impossible ask with limited resources, lack communication, operates like mom and pop, no control, consultants and contractors hold many top critical positions.

Transparency and providing realistic insight on where the company stands on a quarterly basis. Promotes from within. Encourages Team collaboration and involvement with flexible work schedules. Employee voices are heard by the Leadership Team.

Cons

Seating arrangements can be tricky. BUT, they are working on making it comfortable for everyone! This is what happens when you grow at a rapid rate!
