      Pros

      I absolutely love working for this company! It's a very positive working environment. I love my co-workers plus the upper management staff are the best and most of all the pay and benefits are great!

      Cons

      Zero Cons that I could think of except maybe with me being a field inspector / RSC , I do travel a lot to and from our rental homes which causes me to accumulate a lot of miles and gas cost but the good thing about that is the company pay you back on mileage.

      Pros

      This has been a challenging but fun place to work. It is an extremely competitive industry and everyone is racing to see who can be the biggest and best player in the single family rental (SFR) industry. The new management here is holding everyone accountable while fostering a great culture! It is a completely different place to work than just 1 year ago! So happy to have made the decision to join FirstKey!

      Cons

      It is fast paced. Work Life Balance can sometimes be a challenge but the work is very fullfilling!
