      Pros

      Some of the people are good, knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      The management from managers up to above including consultants who surprisingly are occupying director and above roles have NO idea how to motivate. Their idea of motivation is “We need you work 10 hour days indefinitely (as an exempt employee). If you don’t like it we will replace you.”

      Pros

      Decent pay. Friendly support staff.

      Cons

      Forget about advancement if you’re a person of color. Just doesn’t happen. Huge turnover with blame aimed everywhere but the top. Revolving door across multiple departments. Work/Life balance is a joke. White Males will survive if they suck up to the right people. Latinos/Blacks of any level are on a clock regardless of effort. I am desperately trying to find another job so I can leave this place, don’t join me.

      If you are a minority you can forget any title above Director. Company is ran by consultants. There is no structure. Company is not loyal to loyal employees. Overworked and underpaid. Shady business practices and shady owners. They preach about ethics but the company is ran by (nevermind). HR is a joke. Don't recognize hard workers until they are gone. Some of the Leaders of the company talk down on you as if you are beneath them. I could go on and on but I won't. I left the company I didn't get fired so no I am not disgruntled this is the truth.
