      As a young company, they are standing up programs that show they care about their team members and residents. From sick time to pet insurance to the EAP to the diversity and inclusion programs, they take the time to make it known that team members are at the heart of everything they do. They also provide a flexible working environment that allows team members to do their best in their most comfortable environment.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced, growing environment, which can focus too much on metrics at times.
