-Office staff and managers -Pay and benefits -Get to stay busy which makes the day go by faster -Don't have someone breathing down your neck

Cons

-Wear on your car but the hourly pay and mileage pay make up for it

We do have temporary assignments at FirstKey Homes with varying lengths (short term, long term, temp-to-hire) and many temp team members have been employee full-time after the temp assignment.
