Business Outlook
Pros
The Chicago corporate office is great. There is parking in the building. The building gym is amazing. The FSR office itself is really nice as well. There are bagels for breakfast every Tuesday. Everyone has a desk that raises to a standing desk. The chairs are really nice. The compensation is fair. The workload is heavy-ish but not unworkable.
Cons
The many tiers of a management seem to make needed change very slow. Integration of companies that have been taken over by FSR feels incomplete. It does feel like the suburban office kind of runs the show.
