Pros

First Service is has excellent work environment and culture; great management style, and excellent career growth opportunities.Provides great training and mentoring.

Cons

The health benefit plans are a little to costly for employees. I would like to see that company would cover more of Health benefit cost.

Good management. They sent me to pool school to get my CPO license. I had a great manager and great middle management staff.

Cons

They had some bad contractors and sub-contractors in the past so there are always problems.
