      Pros

      Ability to move up within the company Work/Life balance If you are in school, management does a really good job of scheduling your hours to accommodate school. Highly recommend if you would like to further your experience in hospitality, many jobs ask for 2-3+ years experience. Though First Service will train based off of customer service experience. It is a great entry level job to the hospitality industry.

      Cons

      Wage is tough to live on but doable especially if your going to school, then it is worth it. If you are a young student and live on your own - make sure to get a room for rent or basement suite (then the wage is ideal) if you live on your own, unfortunately you may need to pick up a second job.

      There is plenty room for advancement within the company, supportive and caring management.

      Cons

      At times it is a stressful job, however very rewarding if you enjoy interacting with people.
