Pros

Great co-workers, Working with Homeowners to create a better community, great learning experience.

Cons

Working full days weekends, no training manual for my position, benefits, vacation accrued not given to at the first of the year (makes it really hard to plan vacation until the end of the year) Lack of focus and leadership from corporate office.

Great vacation and time off (however, the job doesn't allow you to be able to take the time off), good online training

Cons

Terrible managers and HR group. No support to employees and many threats from higher ups when they are asked for help.
