Pros

Flex Friday option is the ONLY perk at this location. Traffic around the area is horrible at all times.

Cons

Property Managers are over loaded with work constantly researching due to departments in ability to function like a normal property management department. A/R Department needs restructuring. Low paid wages for Portfolio Managers. Don't believe the misleading information they have on their website about how its a great place to work with opportunities for advancement. Management should lead by example.

Great company benefits and compensation. Many opportunities for professional growth and development.

Cons

Too many hours required weekly. Unable to maintain work / life balance due to constant issues and client budgetary constraints. Difficult to take vacation time. Work load is overwhelming and goals are unrealistic. Regional directors are absent and overloaded and unavailable to help. Too many chiefs.
