Pros

Working on site is good. Little to no contact with the main office. Good learning experience for property management. I have nothing else nice to say

Cons

Very low pay for the workload. No training. Available training is a joke. No room for growth. Lots of promises and very little is delivered. HR does not have your back. Lack of communication between main office and site offices.
