Pros

A good place to work and learn the ins-and-outs of property management.

Cons

Too many accounts assigned to allow senior management the ability to effectively engage in helping field level employees. Management was often focused too narrowly on the latest and greatest corporate initiatives to provide support.

free food, great coworkers, awesome corporate office, Christmas bonuses

Cons

alot of traveling, crazy hours, sometimes no breaks, no communication with property manager.

Pros

Large management company, great for someone new in the industry, a good place to learn continuing education constantly ongoing.

Cons

Where there are pluses there are negatives and this is true of every company. Stop and look at oneself, are you really so perfect ? Just what I thought, self evaluation difficult to do.
