Pros

Pretty reliable company. You do great work you're guaranteed job security. They have a lot to offer, as in job positions. From valet, housekeeping, all the way up to management professionals.

Cons

Not consistent in getting response back from corporate offices. Difficult to gain promotion, and(or) position. Better communication is needed between employees, management, and supervisors.
