Poor integrity. Poor benefits package.

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, provides classes for advanced training and continuing education. Insurance offered, good vacation, PTO and holiday packages.

Cons

Job can become all consuming. Basically "on-call" 24/7 if emergencies arise.

Pros

Various levels of job opportunities. HR staff very informative. Many positions available.

Cons

Very unprofessional. The proper tools & training were not supplied. Management that I dealt with was very unqualified and negative and did not recognize dedicated workers. Communication was terrible. Management was threatned with strong experienced employees instead of appreciating good qualified workers.
