Great people to work with, good location, ok pay

Cons

There is no chance for advancement and insurance is SUPER expensive if you need to insure your family

Pros

Overall a quality company that has invested a lot into technology to make your job easier. Ok job if just looking to pay the bills.

Cons

Not much upside to staying with company. No real way for hardworking employees to be rewarded over the rest.

Pros

Other than a place to get a start, there are very few positive qualities to this company.

Cons

Middle management does not support those under them. If a Regional Manager has to walk on other members of their "team" to get ahead, too bad! FirstService talks alot about being people oriented but that is all it is, just talk.
