      Your Teammembers Keep You Sane.

      Cons

      Mid Management, Be Ready Favoritism, They Toggle Your 401K To 1% Without Much Noticed Or A Reason. Always Check To Make Sure If You Don't Want Contribution Because They Turn It On Automatically. Unlimited PTO Is For The Favorite Employees Because They Get Special Permission All The Time To Go To Europe And India, Not You. You Don't Matter. They Barely Know Your Name When They Fire/Lay You Off But We're Family. Increase Rates For Insurance. Life/Work Balance Doesn't Exist If You're Always On-Call.

      They give you a huge amount of work, people can grow themselves

      Cons

      Salary can't compensate the amount of pressure you get. They like to hire fresh graduates because students don't have much expeience of upper-management.
