It’s ok

Pros

Pay is decent, that’s about it

Cons

The environment and culture is disappointing. Fiserv will preach togetherness and positivity and it’s the opposite. There’s no true collaboration, people are overworked with little resources or don’t even have the resources. Work life balance sucks. I miss the hybrid days or even the one day a week. It’s a paycheck. You won’t be able to move up unless you move across the country due to tax breaks in certain states. It’s sad and ruins talent and opportunities. I would not join unless you’re in a big city. Only advantage.

Pros

Fiserv makes a strong first impression with its global presence and ambitious goals.

Cons

The day-to-day employee experience tells a more complex story. The work culture is defined by extremely long hours and a noticeable lack of work-life balance. Many employees feel that remote work is not fully trusted or supported, which undermines morale and productivity. There is a pervasive sense that executive leadership is hesitant to empower employees to take ownership of their work. This top-down approach stifles innovation and accountability. The company would benefit greatly from adopting a more modern and flexible work model—such as a 3–4 day return-to-office policy and flexible Fridays—to help employees recharge and perform at their best. Recognition, performance-based bonuses, and competitive compensation are critical tools that Fiserv should use more effectively to reward high performers and address underperformance. Without these changes, it will be difficult to rebuild trust and improve employee satisfaction. The legacy of the previous CEO still casts a long shadow, and unless there is a meaningful cultural and operational overhaul, it’s unlikely that employee ratings or engagement will improve significantly.
