Pros

I believe that Fiserv has an equitable salary base. Hard work and dedication seem to pay off in salary and promotions. The benefits are fair with opportunities to participate in 401K and employee stock purchases. There seems to be a good number of dedicated employees.

Cons

Many times, training or other initiatives are started with good intentions, but tend to get dropped in the process. Products are sold before they are ready for the market leaving clients frustrated. Fiserv is composed of many different aquisitions, each having their own product line. Competition between these can have a negative impact when presenting to potential clients.

Pros

Fiserv provides the security of working for a financially stable company. You have the freedom to implement new ideas when searching for viable solutions to problems. It’s refreshing to know that you can make a difference even when facing the trials and tribulations of client services.

Cons

Long hours. Office politics. Lack of annual bonuses. Business casual attire.
