      Pros

      Many bright people that are true professionals. Most of them are not in management.

      Cons

      Horrible management on all levels. Constant reorgs to protect the inadequate managers from getting canned.

      Solid company and solid project pipeline. Benefits.

      Cons

      Voyager Core product is difficult to gain knowledge on the technical details. (Better know how to use ILSpy / .Net Reflector / .Net Resharper). Internal red-tape to communicate with other staff members in different divisions. Distributed staff. Insufficient use of the business analyst role. Project Managers clueless and careless about important technical details. Focus more on... "Is it done yet?" versus quality. Silos. Not yet "One Fiserv". Overloaded team members.

      Pros

      On Sight Cafeteria - very cheap prices to eat inside the cafe. Good Benefits.. Good health insurance. Flexible work schedule. Management is more concerned with getting the job done on time they are about the formalities of the "office". GOod onboarding process--- very detailed... Good program that rewards innovations and creativity from the employees.

      Cons

      -- None.. One thing i could think of is the number of holidays is only 6. However they make up for it in the Personal Time Off (PTO) that the employee can take.
