Very innovative products, good opportunities to gain product knowledge if self initiatives are taken,very good work life balance, good salaries at joining

Cons

Partial appraisals, partiality in recognition, no one cares about hard work, people generally get the things as they resign otherwise nothing matters, extremely immature HR policies very employee un- friendly, very bad hikes.
