There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

This company does not value their U.S. employees and will do everything they can to replace you with someone in India. They care only about spending as little as possible to look good for shareholders. They do not care about quality and will release a product knowing there are major flaws. I’m amazed they still have any customers left.

No pros except for the fact that you get product company tag on your resume.

Cons

1. The managers are incompetent. 2. The old employees act as boss unwilling to teach the new ones to maintain their significance. 3. The product has lot of bugs. 4. Cafeteria is dirty in Bangalore office. 5. You pay for your parking. 6. Hr is useless. 7. Lots of region based politics. 8. Biased towards old employees. 9. Long tedious bogus work. I am glad I left the organization before I turned crazy.
