1) 15 months fresher's appraisal policy. 2) Onsite opportunity in some projects. 3) Work life balance is ultimate

Cons

1) For fresher's who join in the month of Jan-Mar,loss of 1 appraisal cycle and even Manager's are also not aware about it. 2 ) Inconsistent in the Technologies, tools and Salary at the same level in the departments, in few department's it is good and in few it is not good as such.
