Pros

Nothing that special to mention as a pro here.

Cons

Recently joined this company under First Data. Micro management. There is tool named sapience which tracks your activities on the PC. Need to show 8 hrs work time in sapience for which you need to be in office 10+ hours daily. You can't step out of your PC even for restrooms, helping any of your peers, work related discussions. Daily your mouse needs to be moved for 8hrs if not you are considered unproductive. Apart from this all are good. Planning to leave the company during the probation period itself only due to this micro management using sapience.

Pros

Good leave policy Cab service for all employees working in shifts Good learning opportunities, knowledgeable team members

Cons

Terrible employee tracking system Productivity calculated not on basis of output delivered but based on hours spent in front of screen Not allowed to utilize your own leave balance; managers don't approve leaves No work life balance; you can be expected to work after office hours and on weekends continuously for months
