      No safety

      They provide jackets, shirts , gloves, hats etc..

      Cons

      Safety protocols are non existent, ladders are old and bent so you have to practically break your foot to get them attached right ( because your trainer will tell you to kick them into place) company vehicles are not being inspected by management and most of not all are on the verge of breaking down, got trained for two hours how to properly clean a window and then they expected perfection because the people who are training you will lose out on money if you’re not keeping the same pace as them. Surprised they don’t get more visits from osha

      Individual franchises - all run differently

      The corporate office provides good support.

      Each individual franchise runs differently. Micro-managing is incredibly frustrating for office staff down to cleaners.
