Pros

Management provides good instruction to owners how to effectively submit estimates for new work. Also teach them how to clean windows in order to supervise workers.

Cons

The company is only focussed on selling franchises to unsuspecting people. Owning a franchise does not provide benefit. An owner can do everything on their own and be much more profitable.
