Good start job, not so much of a career.

Pros

The atmosphere is generally great with nice people to work with/for. The job itself is active which can be a health benefit. Depending on the prices given, some jobs are worth it.

Cons

The overall pay to the cleaners is certainly not anything to survive on. Travel expenses ar generally not reimbursed in accordance to current gas prices and regular vehicle maintenance. A lot of times, the sales people underbid a job and waste the time of the cleaners. Winter work is a huge health risk. Turn over rates are high. Since it is a blue collar, non-permanent job, the character of some employees is usually negative/rude.

Pros

The training is good, once you have the technique you're pretty solid. The customer base is established for you and the pay is alight for what it is.

Cons

Cleaners or management, not a lot of room for advancement. Seems like a little too much bureaucracy for such a small operation.

Pros

Friendly workers and management Really easy work for the most part. you can make your own hours most of the time

Cons

They don't compensate for gas..and you're going to be using a lot of it The work is repetitive and tedious. Probably obvious going in, but don't expect this to be fun. You may be working alone a lot. Most stores are undercharged...workers will only make 1/3 of the charge and it is often 12-25 dollars per store. It doesnt take long to do each store, but the time you spend driving adds up to hours a day, so you don't make more than 8 dollars an hour No room to grow. You aren't going to be getting a raise, or promoted, simply because the company isn't big enough for that to happen Work is not very consistent. You might have a lot one week, then the next an empty plate
