Pros

- A relatively easy way to get clients as the fitness manager is in charge of that role - An opportunity to get your name out there as a trainer, and get some experience - Free gym membership

Cons

- Upper management/Corporate is not the most supportive of their staff's success - Low pay - Not a tremendous amount of room to grow

Pros

Cool people you work with. The GM is cool. Very flexible and the members are great.

Cons

No room for a pay increase. No commissions in sales you make - I was a top earner and opener and they wouldn't pay me what I was worth. I heard that the only other location (collyville) closed...I'm sure this location may do that as well. Be careful!

Pros

Members are really sweet and great to get to know Co workers absolutely amazing and really easy to work with Free gym membership

Cons

Management is absolutely awful. They do not care about you or your personal needs. They care more about using and abusing you more than your performance. Never set up for success in this business, and higher ups are no help. They take everything from a personal level instead of professional. The work load is way too much for the amount you get paid. Wouldn’t recommend.
