Bonus is okay, but literally nothing else

Cons

Pay is super low for industry standard (50k with a hard no to any pay increases). On call is just routing ALL help desk calls to your phone, forced rotation. None of the regions have standards so it's super hard to actually help on the calls. Micromanaging is out of control. No room for growth unless you want to move to Cleveland. Fit is all about culture but they made racist jokes on the campus when I visited. Made me very uncomfortable.

-Schedule is flexible if you are on top of your stuff -Learn basic IT and project management skills quick -Good for first time corporate employees

Cons

-Preach culture but seems only for Cleveland (HQ) based employees -No chance for internal growth -Micromanagement -Communication between departments and management is nonexistent -Benefits are bare bones
