Great atmosphere and culture. Nice gifts and small bonuses around the holidays.

Cons

Being paid 5OK to run all IT for TONS of sites (from 5 to 15) AND expected to travel to other states to help more states. The amount of work being expected is easily worth 75K to 80K....plus the micromanaging of time spent on each task is WAY too stressful
