-Schedule is flexible if you are on top of your stuff -Learn basic IT and project management skills quick -Good for first time corporate employees

Cons

-Preach culture but seems only for Cleveland (HQ) based employees -No chance for internal growth -Micromanagement -Communication between departments and management is nonexistent -Benefits are bare bones

Since looking a new jobs I have noticed I have been getting underpaid. When I started 3 years ago I had 2 job offers and I took this one even though the salary was lower.
