The work environment at FIT is unique to the company. You don’t feel like an employee, you actually feel like you are apart of a huge family. I haven’t been with FIT for too long as a member of the helpdesk team and received excellent training to get myself up to speed despite having to work remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend working here.

Cons

The only con is that the work day can get real busy and sometimes you don’t have time to catch your breath. Also due to servicing school clients, the start of the school year can get real hectic and may require everyone to work longer than usual.
