Pros

Barely any micromanagment, Job is wicked easy PTO out the gate is solid. At 5 unless you are on call you can peace out and forget you work there.

Cons

Managment plays nice but then is dumb as a box of rocks. Engaging culture until you realize it is a front for office politics. Transparency to Clients is minimal but Fit wants to be "Partners" with their clients. Pay kind of blows because they will not pay a decent rate for the Tech Positions. Promotions are not based on experience is about slathering the uppers cheeks.

Bonus is okay, but literally nothing else

Cons

Pay is super low for industry standard (50k with a hard no to any pay increases). On call is just routing ALL help desk calls to your phone, forced rotation. None of the regions have standards so it's super hard to actually help on the calls. Micromanaging is out of control. No room for growth unless you want to move to Cleveland. Fit is all about culture but they made racist jokes on the campus when I visited. Made me very uncomfortable.
