      The workload is balanced and I do not feel overwhelmed. Being hybrid is good

      Cons

      No competitive salary compared to the market. Although workload is not heavy don't really feel a work culture

      Much much less toxic than many other jobs I’ve had- overall people are friendly and kind which is refreshing Common sense prevails here more often than other places Definitely shifting towards higher functioning, they used to be “too nice to let under performers go” Low drama atmosphere - doesn’t seem like a place where jerks last long
