Pros

Free gym membership, that's about it.

Cons

Cut wages with more responsibilities post covid. Management pay cut by over 25%. The company has adopted an everyone does everything mentality leaving people undertrained, underpaid, and overworked. What once was a great company to work for has been ruined by policies implemented by 1 person.

Pros

You will learn basics on how to be a manager.

Cons

Corporate only cares about making money and not the well being of their employees. They constantly say “it’s about member experience” and not trying to get ever $1 possible when in reality it’s all they want. It’s very much a high school culture and favoritism is incredibly high here. If you aren’t friends with the higher ups, good luck going anywhere. No matter how good you are, it will never matter.
