Guaranteed Salary. Opportunity for growth. Nothing much that's positive about this job. Just good to put Sales Manager on a resume

Cons

Long hours. 6-7 days a week. Low base pay. Constantly being threatened with termination if you do not perform. Work 8am to 8pm

low pay for most positions. in sales, generally working 8-12 hour days with not enough pay compensation.
