Pros

Gym membership is the only perk. You can work out at work. That is all I can honestly say. Other than that, it sucks

Cons

Everything, upper management is weak, business model is terrible, everything about this company is unethical, they are a joke, work is mindless

Pros

People on staff are always supportive of my responsibilities as a mom, always willing to sub when needed. In house daycare is fantastic! Members are engaged, enthusiastic, and grateful for every class. Management is responsive to members' requests, making it easy to retain class participants/clients. The gym also provides learning opportunites to keep trainers and instructors on top of our game.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about working here! The only thing that would be nice is if there were more opportunites to meet the other instructors in a social atmosphere.
