Supportive Community: Leadership looks for opportunities to recognize employees through weekly meetings, EPIC shoutouts, and one-off notes. I've personally enjoyed having the chance to get to know the leadership team. You won't be a number here, but a teammate. Education/Skills: Through Fitness Connection, you can always ask why or find opportunities to dive in deeper. I've loved having bosses that challenge me to ask the right questions and learn more about the business to enhance my skills. Great Compensation: Currently I have a competitive salary for my field, but Fitco did market research to ensure all their talent were being compensated appropriately and proactively made pay adjustments to ensure they were matching industry standards.
