Free Gym Membership, meet some awesome members that understand the struggle but help you network to find a better job.

Cons

Just about everything else. Dont plan on having a life. 60-70 hour work weeks/weekends. Upper management does not care one bit about employees just bottom dollar! Customer service aspect is horrendous zero care about retention just new membership. Sell you on a pipe dream thats just not real! Members constantly ask why there is such a high turnover.

Pros

Cool coworkers, you'll form connections with some of the members, flexible schedule if the club is well staffed.

Cons

Low pay, especially for management positions. Don't stay too long bc you will get attached to your coworkers/members, but there's not much room to move up unless you want to sacrifice your personal life. Few opportunities for raises.

Free gym membership and midnight diners cheese eggs & bacon across the street

Cons

Very pressured sales and no work life balance. Management and the way this company is run is so corrupt. They don’t care about their members whatsoever. I’ve seen it from the inside but only care about hitting numbers. People stay at this company for an average of 2-4 months because of how poorly they treat their employees with criticism. Also half of my sales training was to just telling me get fake leads from yellow-pages to make numbers look good lol
