Cons

Micromanaged to death, never had a set schedule as a part-time worker. Was always asked 10 before a shift if I could come in and cover. Very unprofessional.

Get to help people with reaching their goals. Learned a lot from the company and at one point was a general manager of one of the locations

Cons

Worked a lot of hours at least 10+ hour days. Had one day off. So when you think you are making a lot of money, average it out by the hours you work and then it becomes not so much. You get very little time to spend with your family. Very little vacation and sick time is all rolled into one. They do not have employee functions and the company has a high turn over rate. They used to offer a lot of bonuses and now they have cut them down to just a few and very hard to get. They also don't give great customer service to their members. Customer service is key to making members happy and in return getting leads. This is great for young people just getting in or out of college.
