There are too many to list. The out of club management is beyond toxic. In your onboarding sales training you will hear mostly about getting fired before you've even had a chance to work.

Customers were great. Hours are okay.

Cons

Pay was not completive if you wanted to be promoted its not what you know its who you know. The People Operation department is horrible. David Davis goes around tell people that he is the Grim Reaper and that if he comes a calling that you know you will be fired. He makes it his mission to fire employees.
