Free Gym Membership, meet some awesome members that understand the struggle but help you network to find a better job.

Cons

Just about everything else. Dont plan on having a life. 60-70 hour work weeks/weekends. Upper management does not care one bit about employees just bottom dollar! Customer service aspect is horrendous zero care about retention just new membership. Sell you on a pipe dream thats just not real! Members constantly ask why there is such a high turnover.

Very easy work if you have a sales mindset and follow THEIR process because it works. Empathetic leadership at every level. Focus on training.

Cons

Some system issues with the computer programs. The way your production is assessed includes days that you don't work so if you are meeting expectations on days when you work it appears that you are not unless you are audited.
