One of the (if not THE) fastest growing fitness brands in the country with outstanding senior leadership that truly CARES about its employees, intentionally bringing premium quality health and fitness centers to diverse communities that typically do not have them. With growth has come a tremendous amount of opportunity to expand professionally and help create a top tier fitness brand. I have experienced this myself... a few times already, in fact. There are so many opportunities for growth for qualified, driven, and hard-working fitness professionals in just about every facet of the business. Cons
With growth and expansion comes a lot of change and transition. As an organization, the company is in the midst of re-defining who they are and who they want to be. In my opinion, it's the BEST time to consider coming on board. The company demonstrated that it is committed to doing what's in the best interest of the business AND of its employees. There is quite a bit of work being done behind the scenes to make significant advancements with systems, technology, and talent development. The company is evolving rapidly. That can be intimidating for some yet inspiring for others.
