      If you like sales this is the place for you. You also get a free membership, and childcare.

      Cons

      The structure of this company is not organized at all. There is no disciplinary action that take place, staff seems to come as they go and no one holds anyone accountable. Management always tell you something then never do it. There is no training process for any of the positions, so once you are hired on you basically have to train yourself!
