Company have favorites, HR department is off there game, Long hours and they don't pay you over time.

The job itself is fairly easy and you get to meet many different people from all walks of life.

Cons

If you are on salary then you are practically married to your job. You get one day off a week and are scheduled 10+ hours most days. Senior management is very negative most of the time and sets unrealistic goals for its employees.
