      Pros

      Great company meet a lot of great people, pay was low but learned a lot from there . Definitely a good place to start and grow

      Pay, hours can be long depending on staffing needs, sometimes work load can be overwhelming.

      Pros

      As a store manager you have some what of an ability to cultivate and grow future leaders with the limited training provided.

      Cons

      Upper management is no help at all. High turnover rate due to the low wage they pay employees. Limited training, non continuation education, antiquated processes, work life balance is not part of Five Below cultural, AP is non existent, no added protection for high theft stores. Was threatened by an employee and reported it to upper management and AP and for twelve days not one upper management or asset protection employee reached out to me concerned about the safety of me, my staff or the store whom this individual threatened bodily harm . It’s not worth it.
