Pros

I love working here. Its a newer company with room to grow with new stores opening.

Cons

Not enough time to get everything done with freight resets and store recovery. They don't send product based off of store needs so a lot of times you have a lot of back stock of the same items that sits in your backroom. Most stores receive 2 shipment days and it is communicated last minute for an extra shipment day and sometimes its sometimes impossible to change the schedule to process the extra pallets due to store hours.

Pros

Great store staff, great benefits.

Cons

Horrible upper management with no support. my first day my gm quit. For 2 months me and another assistant gm were running the store and we expected AGM #2 to get the job, instead they hired someone who has never worked for fbelow and we had to train her.

Pros

It is fun and not highly stressful. Few employees at each location make it pretty closeknit. Very easy to learn many different procedures when it comes to various retail tasks. Management is required to work only 2 evening shifts per week.

Cons

Company is disorganized in many aspects. Their shipping department needs the most work. They could stand to have better lines of communication in the forms of phone lines instead of just email. The pay is not spectacular and I'm assuming depending on your District Manager, you could possibly get shortchanged if you're an entry level manager. Keeping company employees part time makes it harder to keep people and results in lots of managers being overworked. Most of the time, managers work more than 2 evenings per week. Having only one full weekend off per week really takes a toll on your family/personal life. Benefits are really not great at all. An HSA or FSA would help with the high deductible plans for those who don't use medical benefits often.
