Everything. I was told I was paid less because I had less experience than other workers, there was 1 other worker that had more work experience than myself, that was understandable. All the others had less than 1 year experience. I was the only male besides the 2 managers. If you try and ask for a raise or fair payment, or reasons why you were underpaid, be prepared to wait a long time. No point, might as well get a job somewhere else.
