Nearly impossible to move up into a better position. Depending on your district manager hours may be crunched up.

The company will work it's management staff 20+ hour days with no help and expect an immaculate store. There is no training and in my experience the employees and managers who yell and cause low morale are those rewarded because everyone is terrified of a disgruntled employee.
