You're expected to multitask, which is a bit of a problem if you're asked to put t-shirts on the back wall while being the only person on register. They eventually stopped giving me hours because they hired a bunch of people to help move the location, but instead of making it a "seasonal" hire, all of them were part-time then eventually stopped getting hours. I would have preferred just being hired "seasonally" for a few weeks to not getting hours but still technically being employed.

I have been with the company since grand opening. I got a promotion after working there for 3 months. I have been working full time for 5 months with no benefits. We are supposed to have 4 managers and we only have 2. One is leaving. No one higher up seems to care about the store and our needs. Complaints fall on deaf ears. The hotline is a crock. You get sent to an answering service. The company only seems to care about opening new stores not helping out existing ones.
